Grand Rapids Mat & Towel provides industrial laundry services and floor mat rentals to healthcare businesses, restaurants and hotels. They were seeking their first website for a business that’s been serving their locale for some time. While it is more of a basic website, without ecommerce, they still needed a strong online presence to be competitive in their market and promote their services.
As a company that fancies a casual style of doing business, they wanted a look that was a little reminiscent of simpler times, so that played a big part in the design work we did for their website.

As a result of their website, they receive regular and frequent inquiries from new customers, so the website is doing a good job with passive sales. Once they had zero visibility in search engines, but now they enjoy better search engine rankings than most of their largest competitors in their market.
