Women In Mining (WIM) is a National Organization that supports women in the mining industry. The organization is made up of individuals who are employed in, associated with, or otherwise interested in the mining industry. Through their local Chapters that are spread across the USA, they strive to educate members and citizens, provide community outreach programs, and foster public awareness of the economic and technical interrelationship of mineral production with the national economy and the public good.
We have been working with WIM for over 10 years and have recently just finished a new website for the national organization. We also built and support the website for the Women In Mining Education Foundation as well.
